View at IFC Center“The tentpole film in our production Slate with Chicago-based film Company MPI/Dark Sky, STAKE LAND was conceived of as a webseries when that was barely a thing by writer Nick Damici and director Jim Mickle. An epic, heartfelt post-apocalyptic film made over the course of four months to capture different seasons. Another Glass Eye Pix movie that anticipates many significant projects like THE WALKING DEAD and THE LAST OF US and Mickle’s own political SWEET TOOTH.” – Larry Fessenden, producer, actor.
